So, nothing as yet on Capers? How about just letting it out to the public domain and see if anyone else wants to to take it on.

How about releasing Capers then? You did sort of mention it at one point:

" ...trusty Palm VII, the same one that supported earlier developments as Egg Timer, Hedgehog (and baby Hedgehog), Tractor Pull and the nascent Capers API (more on these later) ... "

How about porting these apps to the iPhone?

Fantastic news on Pushpin. How about Capers? Capers had massive potential and would be so cool if it could be finished and run on newer (OS5) palm PDAs. I bet between you and Noah you could get something awesome out!

I can remember visiting your site every couple weeks for literally years, waiting and hoping that there would be some sort of update, and then being crushed by the fact that there wasn't. At the time I thought, and still do, that this was a great advancement. It made the gameboy an instrument that easily fit into a modern studio, it wasnt trying to BE a modern studio. One of the problems I always felt held the gameboy back was chiptuners reluctance to integrate it in with other instruments. Sure nanoloop can make some pretty awesome drum sounds, but I would rather have a drum machine do it and open up those channels for exploration. I always felt like this was the way to do it.

By the way if he has any more of those 4m cards around and you are looking to get rid of em :)

Either way thank you for the release, I look forward to playing with it this weekend. - kBud
